The Village P.r.o.j.e.c.t.s will host its first annual strategy meeting. One-hundred stakeholders dedicated to making a difference in the health status of African-Americans and African Diaspora immigrants in Southern California will be invited to participate. Invited stakeholders include grassroots community leaders, businesspersons, colleges/universities, faith-based organizations, professional organizations, community-based organizations, nonprofit organizations, philantrophic organizations/individuals, advisors, etc. More information to come. This meeting is tentatively scheduled to be held at the California Center for Healthy Communities, Los Angeles, California. Email villageprojects@aol.com for additional information.
